Add edit link to allow editing in WLW #251

Add, both in the admin and in the frontend (for admin users) the link to allow 
editing in WLW.

wlw://example.com/?postid=yourPostId

Implemented in r4100.
Still need to update all the core skins

Added link "edit in WLW" in all the core skins in r4101
Can someone find a better icon for the link? Thx

Very nice.  I just grabbed the wlw icon and put a border round it. The attached 
is 38px * 38px so can be reduced.  If you're going to 15px or lower might be 
worth looking at a more dominant icon.

doh! ignore that. I was looking admin side and not site side.... Is it worth 
compiling a common icon set into a css sprite?
