Option to prefix database objects #253

Assuming SQL Server is one of the requirement (without SQL CE), it would be 
nicer to have an option to specify a prefix for tables/stored proc, etc. This 
way, multiple instances of Subtext could be installed with a single SQL Server 
database (and thus accommodating separate template instances for each blog, 
ability to check whether the version correctly works on a server without any 
downtime, etc).
