MySQL support #260

My ISP offers UNLIMITED database sizes for MySQL databases and only 50 MB for 
MS-SQL Server databases.  Not hard to figure out which one you want to use.

Perhaps you can integrate the changes by this bloke into your main code?:

I also did some work for supporting MySQL. However, I understand with the 
upcoming release using .NET 4.0, there could not be a need for a database 
server.
