Show=All for category listing shuold be configurable

Now if you browse a Category and you add the parameter Show=All the entire 
listing of post is sent to the customer.
This behaviour gives a big stress to SQL and Web Server in case you have many 
post under a single category and is of no use for the customer (in my stats 
only googlebot uses this...).
Show=All feature should be implemented with pagination or shuold be 
configurable at least. (If i Could limit the max number of post i would resolve 
the stress issue on server).

Example
Normal category url: http://www.bordoni.org/blog/category/3.aspx
Show=All Category url: http://www.bordoni.org/blog/category/3.aspx?Show=All
