The wlw route doesn't work in Integrated pipeline (complains about controller 
and action not being defined).

Randomly works in Classic mode.

Forgot to mention: this bug only appears in the trunk with Subtext 2.5 on .NET4

The reason it complains is this route is being mapped to an MvcRouteHandler. 
What exactly is the route supposed to map to?

Fixed in r4169. Turns out we don't need this route. We can re-use the root 
route for this with a tiny fix.
