Scheduled post appears in the aggregated home page before the blog itself

What steps will reproduce the problem?
0.  The server is GMT-5.  I'm GMT-6.  Or one hour further west.  
1.  Enter a post using WLW with a future date
2.  At the DateSyndicated time the post appears on the aggregated home page.
3.  It doesn't appear in the blog itself.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should appear in both at the same time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.1.0

I think the aggregated home page may be ignoring my time zone and comparing 
DateSyndicated to the system clock.  My blog knows my time zone and adjusts 
DateSyndicated accordingly.  Maybe store everything in UTC?
