New Category name format breaks in sitemap #294

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. navigate to yoursite.com/sitemap.ashx
2. scroll down to categories
3. you'll see http://www.yoursite.com/http://www.yoursite.com/category/category 
name.aspx

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Non duplicate category name
