1) Go to Blog home page and note total number of comments.
2) Add a Comment to any Blog post.
3) Notice total comments does not increment.
4) Refresh page. Total comments are now correct.
Problem is due to lack of BlogStat refresh after new comment is added. One
solution is to simply refresh the page after new comment has been posted. This
can be corrected by adding a page refresh in
Subtext/Web/UI/Controls/PostComment.cs
