Added an Achievements slider section #13

Fixed #12

@alexkimeu0 Hey anything with the 3D card u were talking about? What you have done is same as the projects section which I had done. Also, there are a few bugs I guess.. The Position of responsibility has a problem. Its getting repeated again. Also, this project section has "Check Out Some of My Achievements." in grey colour. it's not looking appropriate. Try to fix all these..Else better try a new different kind of card.

Also, bro don't make another folder and change there.

you can make changes in the current folder structure. I can't go through each file to check what are the changes u did and again put it in the current files.

I am not yet familiar with 3D cards. This is also my first time trying to contribute to a public repository. Please bare with me.
