What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to connect via sshfs gui to a server that has public/private key
authentication set up.
2. SSH Agent is running (from http://www.phil.uu.nl/~xges/ssh/). SSH agent
works flawlesly
from command line as well other applications such as Transmit
3. sshfs prompts for a password to connect to the server. After the password is
typed, it will
prompt for the password again. At this point sshfs mounts the remote filesystem
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected sshfs to use the public/private key for authentication or at least ask
me for my
password only once.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X 10.4.8
MacFUSE Core installer 0.2.1
sshfs 0.1.0
SSH Agent 1.1
