sshfs.app Feature request - Custom port #204

I run sshd on a non-standard port to avoid endless probing by bots, and it
took me a while to figure out why sshfs wasn't working properly (obviously
defaulted to port 22).

Anyhow, not exactly an issue, but being able to supply a custom port for
the connection would be a nice addition.
