SSHFS (et al) should warn when launched without MacFUSE installed #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be naughty and don't read the README, or be a newbie and do not
understand it.
2. Download SSHFS
3. Try to connect to a server.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

SSHFS and other client-apps should warn or at least say something when
MacFUSE is not installed.

At the very elast, SSHFS could warn that no connection was possible. Right
now, it shows just silent failure.
