Met with mediator, @sqrrm to discuss how to deal with several old arbitration cases, given that the manual payout method is no longer working properly. Mediator to follow up on whether quorum of keys is retrievable. If so, construct 2-of-3 payout transaction manually using an external tool (actual tool TBD). If not, mediator to front payout to affected parties and then request special case DAO compensation to cover it.
