Announce internally to @bisq-network/dao that the wiki is ready for prime time, mention key existing content, mention style guide, explain patrolling policy, notifications, rss feed, ask that everyone who is is interested create a login.

Closing as dropped, as there is probably no longer any need to announce the wiki internally. Issue #55 still exists to announce the wiki externally, and I've assigned that to @m52go to execute as he sees fit.
