Prepare for Bisq 2 beta launch #483

This PR prepares the website with everything necessary for the announcement that Bisq 2 is now in beta, including:

a "Bisq 2 [BETA]" main nav link, replacing the "Bisq DAO" link for space considerations;
a "Bisq 2: Now in Beta" blog post embedding a link to the 'Introducing Bisq 2" video
a "Bisq 2 Downloads" section to the existing /downloads page

This PR builds on and modifies @salokiam's PR #482, which will also automatically be closed when this PR is merged.
