Transaction from Multisig doesn't show up on Blockchain. #5193

Description

I got payout from 2 trades + security deposit. It was added to my balance in Bisq wallet. But when I want to send it to another wallet the transaction doesn't show up in blockchain and the transaction id's from multisig payout doesn't exist in blockchain too. I

On the blockchain, neither mnsJypu or 92463 have paid out of the multisig yet. My first suggestion would be to do an SPV resync and see if your wallet picks up the payouts. If that does not help we'd need to see your bisq.log.

@sushiomsky Please could you get in touch with Bisq mediators on the Keybase support channel. Your trade counterpart has made himself known, and you both need to work with a mediator to distribute the 2-of-2 multisig funds.

This problem is reproducible as follows:

Alice offers to sell 0.01 BTC.
Bob takes the trade and initiates fiat payment.
Alice opens mediation.
Mediator closes the ticket awarding Bob (bank issue).
Bob accepts the proposed solution & signs the proposed payout Tx.
Mediator re-opens the ticket, adjusts the payout, and closes the ticket.
Alice accepts the revised solution, signs and broadcasts the payout Tx.

The broadcasted tx is rejected by bitcoin core because Bob's signature was for the earlier payout amounts.

Bob and Alice's wallets are left with a transaction that does not confirm. Payout has to be resolved using the Emergency tool.
