Can you try [PATH TO BISQ2 binary] -Dglass.gtk.uiScale=2
?
I have not heard from others about scaling issues in Bisq2 (Bisq1 yes). Maybe you find here some solution: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/HiDPI

As i mentioned here, i followed this guide to increase the size of my desktop environment UI.
Can you try [PATH TO BISQ2 binary] -Dglass.gtk.uiScale=2 ?
Sadly this didn't work
./Bisq\ 2 -Dglass.gtk.uiScale=2
Similar issue is mentioned here
This is how the UI looks like compared to vscode
as you can see the interface needs to be custom scaled from within the app so that it can display correctly.
Same issue in bisq 1
