Upgrading to OpenJDK 23 breaks Bisq2

On my Arch machine, if I am unable to upgrade to OpenJDK 23, as Bisq2 requires java-runtime=22.

Bisq requires Java 22. Whats the problem to use v22?

the official Arch repos only provide latest (23) and the LTS Versions (8,17,21), which means bisq2 can't be built without much hassle.
