Process:
Seller generates a viacash barcode using the online banking system of a bank that offers this service.
Seller sends this barcode to Buyer. Either as an image or as plain text. In the latter case Buyer has to generate a barcode with EAN-13 format (easy with any "barcode generator" app).
Buyer goes to the desired partner shop (www.viacash.com/#map) and lets the cashier scan the barcode. Buyer ist then asked to pay the agreed amount. Cash is always accepted. Some stores also allow to pay with card.
Buyer receives a ticket which contains the barcode number. In case anything goes wrong that is the proof that the agreed amount in fiat has been paid.
After some minutes, Seller can see that the code has been redeem and can mark the transaction as paid.
