Sorry for the late reply.

I think the idea is going to be to be more flexible to allow new payment methods for Bisq 2 (hopefully to be released early in the second quarter of the year).

Then those payment methods that end up being popular in Bisq 2 (one of which could be Zinli) can be implemented into Bisq 1.
