Migrate all Pricenodes to the new Bisq Price Indices #8

On 8/19 at 6pm CET, the @bisq-network/pricenode-operators will migrate all Bisq Pricenodes from using Bitcoin Average to the new Bisq Price Indices calculated from 35+ decentralized data providers as part of https://github.com/bisq-network/projects/issues/35

The new Pricenodes are online and their new Tor V3 onion hostnames were merged to master in https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/pull/4403 wizpriceje6q5tdrxkyiazsgu7irquiqjy2dptezqhrtu7l2qelqktid (@wiz) emzypricpidesmyqg2hc6dkwitqzaxrqnpkdg3ae2wef5znncu2ambqd (@Emzy) devinpndvdwll4wiqcyq5e7itezmarg7rzicrvf6brzkwxdm374kmmyd (@devinbileck) aprcndeiwdrkbf4fq7iozxbd27dl72oeo76n7zmjwdi4z34agdrnheyd (@mrosseel) ro7nv73awqs3ga2qtqeqawrjpbxwarsazznszvr6whv7tes5ehffopid (@alexej996)

The old Pricenodes will be shut down, and their Tor V2 onion keys will be copied over to the new Pricenodes, with an additional entry added to /etc/tor/torrc similar to the following:

HiddenServiceVersion 2
HiddenServicePort 80 127.0.0.1:8080

HiddenServiceDir /var/lib/tor/pricenode-new/
HiddenServiceVersion 3
HiddenServicePort 80 127.0.0.1:8080
