@cbeams to repost bond for DNS Admin role #393

I've been playing the DNS Admin role since #213 with a 20K BSQ bond; this proposal is to repost my bond at the current rate of 10K. When this proposal is approved, I'll have a new bond in place for 10K BSQ and I'll then unlock the current 20K BSQ bond.

This proposal was approved in Cycle 41.

Will do; I expect the previous bond will unlock mid-next month (March), and will post the new one then.
