@pazza83 raised the issue of cleaning up our GitHub Teams infrastructure in https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/5422. I proposed a plan of action in https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/5422#issuecomment-828292128 and there has been no further feedback on it, so I'll carry out that plan in the upcoming cycle (Cycle 25).

No activity this month. I still have yet to perform the roles cleanup as described in last month's comment. I will get to this as soon as possible.
I updated the @bisq-network/mediators, @bisq-network/arbitrators and @bisq-network/bisq-devs teams to ensure they are accurate. I have yet to do the larger cleanup discussed above, but this is a start. See the new "Bisq Dev" role at bisq-network/roles#110.

A "user researcher" role has been proposed by @UX-P at https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/344.

Hi @cbeams
I would like to tidy up the projects repository.
I am thinking I will create a 'Project Maintainer Role' but before I do so I would like to have a few cycles organizing the projects so I know what is required.
I discussed this with in a Matrix group with some contributors. Consensus was it was needed and no one had any objections.
Not sure what is needed but would like the following if possible:
- Bisq roadmap
Hi @pazza83! I just added you to the pmc team that will give you the required permissions to do as you requested.
Hi @pazza83, thanks for the initiative. I would also say go for it. As mentioned above, the structure is essentially already there with the @bisq-network/pmc group and https://bisq.wiki/Project_management. Feel free to take ownership there and propose / make what changes you see fit. There is no dedicated project management role beyond the committee distinction, I'd leave it to you whether there ought to be one in the future.
Hi @cbeams
I made a proposal to assume the growth lead role it was accepted.
I would like to:
Is this something you can help with? Or point me in the direction of someone that can?
Hi @solomon1923
I would like to:
- Be added as a member of the role’s GitHub Growth Team
One of the @bisq-network/github-admins should be able to handle this for you (and the @mention in this sentence should serve as their Bat-Signal).
- Be added them as an assignee to role’s GitHub Growth Lead Issue
Done, as per https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/100#issuecomment-1959856755
- Have the relevant access to growth repo to close, assign issues etc
This should happen automatically when one of the @bisq-network/github-admins adds you to the @bisq-network/growth team.
Please can one of the @bisq-network/github-admins add me to the growth repo.
Attempts to get @solomon1923 added to @bisq-network/growth (and by extension the growth repo) have stalled. Will escalate.
Nothing else to report.

Sorry for the continued delay; @solomon1923, I'll follow up with you about this.

This is now resolved, in that @solomon1923 has been invited to be the Owner of the growth team:
See https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/100#issuecomment-2138357136 for more context on the growth team lead role and growth efforts in general.

@runbtc has taken on the role of Operating the Grafana instance at monitor.bisq.network (#10), but the role issue has not been updated yet. These and possibly other role changes around running bitcoin and seed nodes will be updated shortly.

Thank you for sorting this. I have now retired from the Growth Lead role https://github.com/bisq-network/roles/issues/100#issuecomment-2225972206
I am not sure what needs happening with both the Growth repository and the Growth Lead role issue. I think they should both be closed. As I never accepted the invite to the role I am unable to do this.
Nothing to report.
