Case b4bc37 - endpoint's output is inconsistent with desktop #1572

Description: HELP - bug with API? Why is the output of the two endpoints different? Which one should we use? Using btc_cad and buys, specifically, to help illustrate the point. Other btc/fiat pairs also exhibit the same issue.

Between the two endpoints, only 3 are common. And, neither output matches what's found in the BISQ desktop client.
