Refund agent reimbursement for cycle 57 #1593

I paid 2.533 BTC in refunds. 30 day average is 0.00003799 BSQ/BTC. 68475.68 BSQ is the amount I ask the DAO to reimburse me. 2.70% printing cost was included.
