Refund agent reimbursement for cycle 60 #1654

I paid 1.1571 BTC in refunds. 30 day average is 0.00003262 BSQ/BTC. 36593.02 BSQ is the amount I ask the DAO to reimburse me. 3.16% printing cost was included.
