Fee reimbursement for trade ZCPBNYXD #1664

The order ZCPBNYXD became invalid, due to the recently approved proposal https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/453, and as a result, I lost the maker-fee.

I can't make the screenshot of the order, because it was automatically removed from the dashboard. For the same reason, I can't find the details.

Bisq version: 1.9.17
