Fee reimbursement for trade abtu48 #79

This trade failed due to the problem described at https://github.com/bisq-network/exchange/issues/1434.

All mining and trading fees lost in this failed trade will be reimbursed to the buyer and seller as part of the batch reimbursement being tracked at bisq-network/support#76.

Please note that in order to see your Bisq wallet balance return to normal after this issue, you will likely need to resync your SPV file. You can do that at Settings->Network info->Resync SPV chain: Delete SPV file and resync.
