App doesn't start when tablet is in landscape

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hold tablet (Acer Iconia A500) in landscape mode
2. Select app shortcut
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like app to open even if it's fixed to portrait.
App tries to open but auto closes, someimes with an error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Acer Iconia A500 (10" tablet) on Android 3.0.1, Kernel 2.6.36.3

Thanks, I've implemented a small fix for you guys with tablets becaue I don't 
plan to publish a tablet version. I've read some articles about Android 3.x 
programming and this looks like a lot of work for what I would need time that I 
don't have at the moment. So now the app should work but it doesn't look that 
nice...sry
