[use case] Terms for cluster, and relation #6

Some of the patients in our datasets can be mapped to know clusters (www.wikidata.org/entity/Q5136675). Native terms within the ontology for cluster and the relation mapping is beneficial.

@nishad thank you for the link. Yes, we are currently working on the "cluster" aspect. We are making the clusters, for example, "geographicCluster", "businessCluster", etc. Hoping to update you soon on this. Meanwhile, any suggestion is Welcome!!!
