map generator: draw features for penalty box #59

The features introduced by the penalty box are not currently drawn while the penalty box is (after #58)

Expected behavior

Features of the Penalty box (2 T crossings and 2 L corners per side) should be drawn

Current behavior

Steps to Reproduce

  1. activate features in generate_map.py (setting variables to true)
  2. run script
  3. look at feature maps
