Please note that until https://github.com/bit-bots/RobocupProtocol/pull/1 and https://github.com/bit-bots/humanoid_league_msgs/pull/23 are merged, the related branches need to be checked out manually.

The CI is failing, but I would prefer to merge this anyway since there are CI changes on the master branch and and the CI could be changed in a second PR.
