So when normally swarm starts it also creates a p2pd process (which hivemind creates), and when any petals service starts (e.g Stable Beluga 2) it also creates a p2pd process, now killing a p2pd process might affect the other, need to find a way to know which p2pd process is dependent on swarm or petals service for this
