Added a Side bar menu items for different templates to ease the "Choose directory" step #17

When right click on a folder on the left there is a menu item ProjectMaker->with submenus the existing templates. This way are skipped the steps for choosing a template and directory for the project. The only problem at the moment is that every time a new template is created it has to be added inside the "Side Bar.sublime-menu" file so they appear in the menu.

Thanks. I think I'll stick with what we've got for now. But I appreciate the contribution.
