Describe the bug https://pybtc.readthedocs.io/en/master/functional.html is missing a decent amount of references. Not sure if this got skipped or is planned, but an issue bringing it up is always a good idea.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://pybtc.readthedocs.io/en/master/functional.html
  2. Notice references are missing
  3. ????
  4. Profit?
