fixed security issue with tarfile extraction #36

The idea of this solution was brought about from the issue with the vmware pyvcloud file found at https://github.com/vmware/pyvcloud/commit/bea8c392d7af7ae6098ff73656a84ba1cd5fabd7?diff=split# . And the issue where I referenced this can be found at https://github.com/bitaps-com/pybtc/issues/35
