Hello, I'm making a "send all balance" (BTC) , but the transactions sent by bitaps have not been confirmed for more than a week. I tried to contact you by mail but no one answers me. I hope for your help

Hello! Sorry, we sent reply to your email, but then received message that mail delivery was unsuccessful.
We rebroadcasted your transactions yesterday and I see that they are confirmed now.
