Add MX06 printer definition #55

Added printer definition for MX06 printer - I have tested with the multiple example scripts (using an Adafruit ESP32 Feather) and they work with no additional changes.

Also FYI @bitbank2 the version of the Thermal Printer library in the Arduino IDE's Library Manager is out of date so might require a bump

it works, but for images, text have lost format options
