I saw this resolver appear in the list for the first time. Why is there a logging resolver when I have enabled no logging only?

opennic ethservices DNScrypt, 24 hour logs. Simple DNScrypt 0.6.6 dnscrypt proxy 2.0.25 Windows 10 Pro v1803

How can I remove this resolver or prevent it from appearing in the list again?

Perhaps best would be a pull request with corrected parameters: https://github.com/DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-resolvers

There is currently no option in the UI to ignore a single resolver.
