Porting stop-on-weird-sym-addr and finish-on-weird-sym-addr to FuzzBALL's master branch #33

These two options are being ported from the cgc-branch to the master branch in this commit. These options will help running FuzzBALL on the CGC binaries using Qiuchen's scripts.
