Chrome, on Lenovo 300e Chromebook 2nd gen. Also present in older versions of the app.

Can not reproduce myself on Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 (with MediaTek Kompanio 520, 4GB)

Problem was solved by updating the Chromebook.
