Add sound FX #24

The game requires the following sound effects:

UI sounds

[x] button select
[x] button submit
[ ] navigate to next/previous level (manually)
[ ] enter level
[ ] background noise for intro (pc booting and fan noise)
[ ] "enter the grid" sound for intro after key has been pressed

Ingame sounds

[x] player jump
[x] player lands
[x] player collects
[ ] player dies
[ ] player finishes level
[ ] back to level selection (leave level)
[ ] level complete
[ ] new record

Misc

[ ] bitbrain logo sound
