About filename #12

It will be better to choose filename option: save original image filename or number(0, 1, 2, ...)

I added -s in https://github.com/bitbybyte/fantiadl/commit/f7716c75ef81791c58c7fa5a6d0a592210c3d4e4 to force server defined filenames.
