Just move the script in util/ to plugin/ directory, so users can clone this repo in their budle/ dir and will work with Pathogen (https://github.com/tpope/vim-pathogen).
Set as dependency haskell-src-exts >= 1.11.1

Thanks for the contribution. I haven't directly merged this pull request, but both fixes have been incorporated into lushtags, in commits 0853d0bd9c9601821abee47aeb482ba10dce56ae and 06be886167f4bbde51eeb65a734351952e2b5ea8
