Make it possible to send Bitcoin through the chat #4

Do we want to make this a pay to anyone button in the header, or more like a a pay to someone in the thread button in the single chat view... both?

I was thinking something like when a user types /pay 0.001

then it would pay 0.001 to the address. What do you think?
