Maybe it's a bit many questions for the time we have. I would just skip some of them in the meeting if we are not moving fast enough but I can also kick some out or mark them as optional if you prefer that.

We also have the option of having a second meeting on the Thursday if you wish.

That's possible but I would say let's see how it goes and decide at the end of the normal meeting? My feeling is it might be easier for people to keep going for 30min longer rather than coming back another day, but you know the audience better since I haven't attended in a while :) I could add a note that we might take a bit longer than 1 hour if people like to keep going so those that want to can keep their schedule free if they are able to.

Sounds good to me. Usually it's a small number of people so makes sense to just ask what they'd prefer :)
