Add spanish translation of 0.21.2 #814

Attempts to exactly mimic #810 for spanish language, meaning format issues in #810 directly apply here as well.

Untested at the time of submitting.

Last Ruby site I contributed a translation to, had been a less bumpy contribution. 🤷‍♀️

I think this should be feature-ready.

This requires a bit of fixing up, maybe a bit of fixing translation bugs, reordering commits could be a good idea, and it could be easier to merge by dividing it in a couple pull requests.

I'll wait for concept feedback for altering history, meanwhile I might submit temporary commits to fix translation bugs.

I force pushed, no content changes since 872544edfcc7, I only reorganized the changes in 4 commits. 🤔
