Replace Mac => macOS #815

They call it macOS now, since a while.

If merged, this propagates to 808 (merged), 810 (unmerged) and 814 (unmerged), among possibly others.

Thanks, however we aren't going to modify historical release notes to change something like this.

0.21.2 and 22.0 are current releases. The corresponding web site release pages are current, not historical. I'd suggest reopening this, however much more conveniently in the form of an issue.

I actually took care not to modify historical release pages when authoring this.
