macOS dark appearance #816

On https://github.com/bitcoin-core/bitcoincore.org/blame/master/_releases/0.21.2.md#L69:

Maybe they changed it at some point, but at least in macOS 11.6 Big Sur, it's naming it dark appearance, not dark mode.

Leaving this as is. We don't modify historical release notes.

0.21.2 is less than a month old. The corresponding web site release page is current, not historical.
