Questions about translation #909

Hello guys.

I'm trying to translate the pages into Portuguese and I have some doubts.

I started translating pages like "about and contribute", but I soon saw an error pointing to the lack of an rss link.

I tried to create the RSS page but I got another error.

Please, does anyone know the order of priority for the translation? Which pages should be translated first or created first.

It looks like tickets 905, 906 and 908 depend on an RSS page, ticket 907 includes an RSS page and fails CI but looks salvageable to me
